Ken Thrasher
Chairman of the Board, Compli

Prior to joining Compli, Ken served 19 years in executive positions with Fred Meyer Stores including CFO and Executive Vice President with oversight of HR, finance and administration. He later became President and CEO of Fred Meyer Stores division after Fred Meyer merged with The Kroger Company (at $50 billion, the nation's largest grocery store chain). Currently, Ken serves on the boards of Northwest Natural, The Jensen Fund, Friends of the Children, the Children's Institute, Oregon Mentors, The Leaders Roundtable, Oregon Business Council and PSU’s Foundation board. He was also appointed by the Governor as Chairperson of the Quality Education Commission for Oregon in 2001 and served through 2004 as its Chairperson, and chaired Portland State University's Capital/Endowment Campaign through its completion in 2006. Ken is a graduate of Oregon State University, where he serves on the College of Business’ Dean’s Circle of Excellence.

Kirby Dyess
Principal, Austin Capital Management

A retired Corporate Vice President of Intel Corporation, Kirby Dyess is principal in Austin Capital Management LLC where she evaluates, invests in, and assists early stage companies in the Pacific Northwest. Previously she was Vice President of Intel Corporation and Director of Operations for Intel Capital, the largest venture capital organization in the world. Kirby is currently on the Oregon State Board of Higher Education and is a member of the OHSU Board . Kirby chairs the board of Prolifiq Software Corporation and serves as a director for Compli, Merix, and Itron Corporations.  

Mary Jo Potter
Managing Partner and CEO, Highperlink

Mary Jo Potter is a nationally recognized governance expert and management consultant, and now Managing Director at Highperlink, an international human capital management consulting firm. Using her experience as Senior Vice President responsible for governance and integration services at Sibson Consulting Group, Mary Jo has already contributed significantly to the design of Compli's corporate governance modules. She currently leverages her expertise on several other boards, including Siena Heights University, Hanna Center, Hope Unlimited, CHI and Christus, which are large Health Systems headquartered in Dallas and Denver.

Phil Solk
Partner, Opero Partners, LLC

Phil Solk is Partner at Opero Partners, LLC where he works with companies to accelerate sales growth and create strategic business plans. Phil also serves on the board of Informifi, a cutting edge internet start-up focused on Search Engine Optimization and automated news aggregation. He has held executive and founder roles at a four successful start-ups: Seer Technology, Netigy, MidEdge and Vitria.  Phil has over three decades of experience working directly with customers on technology solutions, founded the consulting services group for Symantec, and created the first international consulting group for Business Objects.  Phil is also Co-Chair of Keiretsu Forum’s Software Group, the world’s largest Angel group with chapters in six countries. In the San Francisco Bay area, Phil participates in the evaluation of more than 100 companies, with dozens of start-ups receive Series “A” funding each year.  Mr. Solk holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from the University of California Berkeley

David R. Childers
CEO, Compli

David is a pioneer in the Governance, Risk and Compliance Industry. Prior to Compli, he was a founder of EthicsPoint in 2002 and led the company's growth from a telephony-based hotline provider to a leading global risk awareness organization. David sits on the board of the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE) and was named a Fellow by the Open Compliance and Ethics Group (OCEG) in 2010 for his work in developing best practices in compliance. He is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals - where he gained Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) certification; and the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), where he has completed the Director of Professionalism course and it certified in Director Education. In 2008, David was named one of the "100 Most Influential People in Finance" by Treasury and Risk Magazine and has twice been named finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year, Northwest Region. He is the Chairman of the Board of the Software Association of Oregon and sits on a number of private and non-profit boards.

Lon V. Leneve
President, Compli

Lon has over 25 years of financial, administrative and operational experience through his work in a variety of industries. Prior to providing executive level services via his consulting firm Lon held senior management positions at a variety of companies, including serving as President & COO of Copper Mountain Trust; President & CEO of Skylink Telecommunications; and VP & Treasurer of Americold Corporation. He began his career with the accounting firm KPMG, during which time he became a CPA. Lon brings extensive experience in areas of compliance and risk management, corporate governance, employment practices, finance and general management oversight. Lon is a frequent speaker at various dealer industry conferences, including 20 Groups, CFO Bootcamps, compliance seminars and association events. He holds a B.S. degree from Oregon State University.
