Ken Thrasher Chairman & CEO
Prior to joining Compli, Ken served 19 years in executive positions with Fred Meyer Stores including CFO and Executive Vice President with oversight of HR, financial and administration. He later became President and CEO of Fred Meyer Stores division after Fred Meyer merged with The Kroger Company (at $50 billion, the nation's largest grocery store chain). Currently, Ken serves on the boards of Northwest Natural, The Jensen Fund, Friends of the Children, the Children's Institute, the Oregon Coast Aquarium, and Oregon Mentors. He was also appointed by the Governor as Chairperson of the Quality Education Commission for Oregon in 2001 and served through 2004 as its Chairperson, and chaired Portland State University's Capital/Endowment Campaign. Ken is a graduate of Oregon State University.
Robert J. Miller, Jr.
Co-Founder, Compli
Before Co-Founding Compli, Robert was an attorney with the Law-Firm Moomaw, Miller & Hildebrand LLP. Robert represented both employers and employees in a wide range of cases including sexual harassment, discrimination, wage and hour, and wrongful termination. In combination with his litigation work, Robert emphasized the integration of strategic compliance and preventative governance programs with his corporate clients to help avoid claims and issues. Robert received undergraduate degrees in Business and History from the University of Oregon and his JD from Willamette University of Law and is an active member of the Oregon State Bar. Robert currently resides in California where he spends the majority of his time working with Compli's publicly traded customers and Auto Dealerships who both face significant compliance and regulatory challenges. He frequently appears as a speaker at legal seminars and association events where strategic compliance and risk management are topics of interest.
Brian Myers
Vice President of Product Development
Brian is a seasoned software veteran with two decades of experience. He's worked at well-known companies such as Borland and Netscape producing commercial shrink-wrapped software, enterprise software, custom software, and software as a service. Before joining Compli, Brian led the team at Webridge that created the company's flagship PortalExpress product. Brian has written three books and several articles on Windows programming and has presented at a number of developer conferences. He also holds a Ph.D. from UC Berkeley.

Lon V. Leneve President & CFO
Lon has over 25 years of financial, administrative and operational experience through his work in a variety of industries. Prior to providing executive level services via his consulting firm Lon held senior management positions at a variety of companies, including serving as President & COO of Copper Mountain Trust; President & CEO of Skylink Telecommunications; and VP & Treasurer of Americold Corporation. He began his career with the accounting firm KPMG, during which time he became a CPA. Lon brings extensive experience in areas of compliance and risk management, corporate governance, employment practices, finance and general management oversight. Lon is a frequent speaker at various dealer industry conferences, including 20 Groups, CFO Bootcamps, compliance seminars and association events. He holds a B.S. degree from Oregon State University.
Dick Potter SVP Sales & Marketing
Dick has over 25 years of executive experience in the professional services, logistics, high tech and manufacturing industries. Before joining Compli, Dick served as VP of Sales & Marketing for the Joseph C. Sansone Company where he lead the national sales and marketing initiatives in the sale of business and tax consulting services. Prior to that, Dick held senior management positions with Deloitte Consulting, Ryder Integrated Logistics, and the Eastman Kodak Company. Dick earned a M.B.A. degree from Northwestern University, holds a B.A. from University of San Francisco, and has studied at Loyola University in Rome, Italy.
James E. Lawrence
Director of Product Marketing & Channel Development
After graduating cum laude with an MBA in Marketing from Case Western Reserve University and receiving a New Product Development Certification from the American Management Association, James E. Lawrence has garnered extensive experience designing and building cutting edge dealership software in the fixed operations, Human Capital Management and the front end of dealerships since the mid 1990s. He has first hand expertise in building strategic and complementary partnerships that add value to users of the dealership compliance management software built by Compli. Additionally, James has been published extensively in automotive online newsletters and industry magazines and is considered a dealer systems subject matter expert.
