Compli Appoints Lon Leneve as President & CEO | Compli.com

Portland, OR -- Compli®, the nation's leading provider of workforce and compliance management software, has appointed executive Lon Leneve as President & CEO, effective January 2010. Leneve previously served as Compli's President & CFO and has been with the company since 2003. Leneve succeeds Ken Thrasher as CEO, who is retiring from the company after eight years in the role. Mr. Thrasher will retain his position as Chairman of the Board.

Leneve brings over 30 years of operational, business development, financial and administrative experience to his appointment at Compli. Prior to joining Compli Leneve served in senior management roles in a variety of industries, including as President and COO of Copper Mountain Trust; President and CEO of Skylink Telecommunications; and Vice President and Treasurer of Americold Corporation. He also spent several years providing merger, acquisition and turnaround consulting services to businesses in three different industries. He started his career with the international accounting firm KPMG.
