OFAC/US Patriot Act Program
Many organizations, including both financial and non-financial institutions, are required under provisions of the USA PATRIOT Act to identify and report suspicious financial transactions. To avoid the risk of non-compliance, organizations may be required to perform due diligence when contracting with existing and prospective customers.
By including Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) checks in regular sales, finance and insurance processes, organizations can provide more comprehensive consumer protection and, at the same time, protect themselves from exposure to regulatory investigations and penalties.
Compli's OFAC Program includes:
- OFAC Online Training
- OFAC Policy
- OFAC Guidelines
- OFAC Compliance Certification Form
