Implementation
Compli understands that implementing a critical new software program can be a daunting task. We have implemented our platform and solution suite in over 1,300 locations in all 50 states, from very small local businesses to large organizations operating in multiple locations. Compli’s implementation process is typically completed within two days, with minimal involvement by company personnel. There is virtually no impact on company employees or workflow during the implementation process.
Key Features of the Implementation Process:
- No software or hardware to install – Compli is a web-based platform requiring only an Internet connection and implementation is performed online.
- Preloaded content – standardized employment policies, trainings and forms are loaded into the system, ready for immediate use.
- Customer-created content can be loaded by our Professional Services team.
- Training can be “virtual” or on-site.
Typical Implementation Steps:
- Customer supplies a limited amount of required materials (company employee handbook policies, forms, and employee data).
- Materials are loaded into Compli system by Professional Services personnel.
- Compli system is configured.
- System Administrator is trained (virtual or on-site) by Professional Services.
- Supervisors are trained (virtual or on-site) by Professional Services.
- Employees view a short, computer-based training on the basics of "How to Use Compli."
- System goes live for all employees.
