Training

Compli is an intuitive, easy-to-use web-based system.  While learning to use new software can be difficult and time-consuming with other systems, Compli’s Client Services team will train your organizations to integrate the entire system into their workflow immediately after implementation.  Once training is completed, employees can immediately use Compli  to perform everyday processes, from sending time-off requests and communicating new compliance requirements to automatically sending notices regarding license renewals, trainings and assessments.  Once the system is implemented, Compli continues to provide ongoing advice and assistance, sharing best practices learned from working with our ever-expanding client base.  During and after implementation, organizations can choose to receive training either on-site or online.

To insure that all individuals receive the type of training that is necessary for them to take full advantage of the solution, Compli provides a suite of training services:

  • System Administrator Training: in-depth and detailed training on the entire system.
  • Supervisor Training: training based on the specifics of an individual's position, responsibilities and planned use.
  • Employee Training: computer-based training that covers all the basics of the Compli system, with additional built-in “help” modules for employees to access at their convenience.

On an ongoing basis, your Compli Trainer can provide refresher training online or in-person:

  • One-on-One User Training: provided by technical trainers from Compli Professional Services, who work directly with customers to address specific training needs.
  • Tune-Ups: trainings and system reviews provided after initial implementation, ensuring that our customers are leveraging the full power of the Compli platform.
  • New Release Training: online user group events designed to update customers on new features and services available through the platform.
  • Help System: Click "Help" to get help for that page, or search for help system for the information you want.
