Disparate Treatment
Unequal treatment in employment opportunities because of one’s race, color, religion, sex, age, ancestry, national origin, disability or veteran’s status. Also called “differential treatment”.
An example might be where somebody says, “You fired me because I’m a woman and here’s the evidence. You said these negative things that were misogynistic and everything else and then you fired me.
