Forms Management
Forms management is the process of designing, distributing and controlling structured online screens needed to capture, collect and record information associated to activities and workflows. Forms contain numerous fields, or spaces, for a user to enter data that is then stored within a database for manipulation and reporting. Within a typical enterprise, types of forms include standardized forms required for governmental reporting and internal forms whose design is determined by the unique needs of an organization.
