Eric Garton sent some love (just in time for Valentine’s Day) to Human Resources in an article in the January 2017 issue of the Harvard Business Review.
Garton, leader of the Bain and Company’s firm’s Global Organization practice, recently took a look at what makes high-performing companies tick. And his research uncovered that human capital is their greatest competitive advantage – that is, if time, talent and energy are harnessed effectively. HR has a huge role to play in unleashing the productivity and economic value of every company’s human capital. And here are some stats that prove the point.
