Who wants to spend an hour talking about employee terminations? Apparently, a lot of you: our June 6th webinar, Termination Best Practices, is filling up faster than any presentation we’ve done to date!
Good thing, too—because our speakers enjoy talking about terminations as much as you want to hear about them. Join Compli and Fisher Phillips as we discuss how to do terminations right so you don’t expose your company to wrongful terminations risks.
Meet Our Speakers: Steve Roppolo and Kynzie Sims
Stephen J. Roppolo is managing partner for Fisher Phillips’ office in Houston. As an attorney, he has defended companies against allegations of harassment, discrimination, defamation, and more, and has litigated myriad employment claims in federal and state courts on behalf of employers. With unique knowledge of dealerships’ employment challenges, Steve frequently counsels automobile organizations to develop training procedures, minimize litigation exposure, and solve everyday workforce concerns.
Kynzie Sims is Compli’s resident authority on all things legal and compliance. She is a regular presenter at our webinars and in-person events, and a chief designer of our content products. Before joining Compli, Kynzie clerked for the Marion County District Attorney’s Office and served as in-house counsel and
employment content manager for NAVEX Global. She received her Juris Doctorate and Certificate in Dispute Resolution from Willamette University College of Law and is certified by the Oregon State Bar.
