Patrick Sanders, Of Counsel, SmithAmundsen
Attorney Patrick Sanders has spent his career helping employers and workers alike navigate labor and employment challenges through mediation, arbitration, and litigation. As general counsel for the Mungenast Automotive Family, Patrick works with one of the largest vehicle dealership networks in the greater St. Louis area. His experience outside of the automotive industry includes successful negotiations in sectors such as printing, construction, environmental management, warehousing, chemicals, construction, and real estate. Partick has also served the American Bar Association as National Employer Co-chair for the Labor & Employment Law Section, and ADR for Labor & Employment Law Committee.

Kynzie Sims, Legal Content Product Manager, Compli
Kynzie Sims is Compli’s resident authority on all things legal and compliance. She is a regular presenter at our webinars and in-person events, and a chief designer of our content products. Before joining Compli, Kynzie clerked for the Marion County District Attorney’s Office and served as in-house counsel and employment content manager for NAVEX Global. She received her Juris Doctorate and Certificate in Dispute Resolution from Willamette University College of Law and is certified by the Oregon State Bar.
