Compli-ple: Meet Dick Potter, Our Senior Director Of Customer Success
“What gets me going every day are the people I get to work with on a daily basis, both my customers and the people at Compli,” was Dick Potter’s response when asked what his favorite part of each day is. Dick has worked for Compli for ten years and has been the Director of Customer Success for the last three years.
Dick joined Compli after successfully leading sales and marketing initiatives for large blue chip companies such as Eastman Kodak, Ryder Integrated Logistics and Deloitte Consulting. At Complí, he appreciates that his individual contribution makes a bigger impact. “I found working for smaller organizations was more fulfilling to me.”
Growing up in Chicago, Dick enjoyed sports of all kinds. He later lived in Minnesota where his main winter sports were skiing, snowmobiling and ice fishing. “I’ve been up there when it’s 50 below, without wind chill, and people are still out and about.” Today, in the comparably tropical metropolis of St. Louis, Dick reads voraciously, volleys on the tennis court often and works outdoors every chance he can get.
