Compli-ple: Meet Kim Caldwell, Customer Success Manager
“Working with customers is never dull.” Kim joined Compli a year and a half ago to develop, maintain and grow our customer base. “Almost daily, I am a chameleon of sorts because I take on different roles depending on what the customer needs at that moment in time.”

Kim is naturally a team player. She started playing softball at nine years old and still applies the teamwork skills she learned when sharing the customer’s perspective with our Management Team, Product Management and Engineering Team to ensure customer satisfaction.
A native of Washington, Kim is always up for hiking or skiing, devouring a book in a weekend, or shopping for anything. She would rather sip a fine wine while cooking her crowd pleasing beef stroganoff than drink a cold brew, unless she’s watching sports with her husband. And, she will not be deterred in her quest for the best cup o’ joe in Portland. This winter she is very excited to introduce her kids to skiing for the first time.
