“There is a whole kaleidoscope of perspective and experience,” Scott Stine says of his new co-workers. Scott joined Compli this fall coming from a background, most recently, of technology and customer support. He loves what he does because it requires understanding the technology and each customer’s set of needs. The Customer Success position at Compli is a great fit for Scott because of his interest in getting to know his customer, “When I learn more about who my client is I know how to better provide a service to fit their needs.”
Before getting into technology, Scott built a career in real estate finance. Then the housing market crash of 2008 happened. Scott took his years of experience in finance and customer relations and made the decision to try the technology field. He worked his way up quickly, eventually getting into software testing. Once he was familiar with the product and the process it was an easy shift to move into customer support.
When he is not getting to know customers’ values and goals, Scott and his wife are busy raising two daughters. In his spare time, he enjoys the outdoors, reads and writes fiction. He recently completed and self-published a novel and is working toward completing a second one.
