Kynzie Sims is the chief designer of Compli’s workforce compliance content products. She pairs her legal chops with an understanding of how people learn to help companies build a culture of compliance.
He has been actively involved in the National Association of Dealer Counsel (NADC), a nationwide organization of attorneys who represent automobile and other vehicle dealers, as well as the American Bar Association Forum Committee on Franchising.
Joe spends much of his time representing his clients in negotiating the purchase and sale of dealerships. This includes the issues that typically arise in sales and acquisitions, as well as circumstances like franchise protests, terminations and other franchise-related disputes.
He leads IT Assurance, Audit and Investigations and addresses management and legal professionals throughout California on IT related litigation support. Mr. Bryan has the technology expertise and unique ability to bridge the gap between business and technology.
Before joining Compli, Kynzie clerked for the Marion County District Attorney’s Office and served as in-house counsel and employment content manager for NAVEX Global.

Fernando manages Wilmington Trust’s New Jersey Region, overseeing the development and coordination of wealth management services for prominent individuals, families, corporations, and foundations.
Tim also advises employers on a day-to-day basis on issues relating to compliance with the various state and federal laws applicable to employers.
Finally, Tim handles traditional labor law matters before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), as well as arbitration of disputes involving collective bargaining agreements.
Fernando and his team work closely with clients and their advisors to develop financial strategies that help clients meet their current needs and plan for their long-term objectives.
He has over 25 years of experience in Investment Management and related Bank investment fields. His career accomplishments are highlighted by a proven and public track record of equity and fixed income investment performance and years of success in gathering assets and attracting talented professionals.
