Tim’s practice emphasizes employment litigation, particularly the defense of harassment and discrimination claims. Tim has successfully handled a number of jury trials as well as cases before the courts of appeals.

Dan focuses on acquisitions in the northern half of the U.S. He’s got over twenty-four years of underwriting experience in commercial and automotive dealer lending.
Tim also advises employers on a day-to-day basis on issues relating to compliance with the various state and federal laws applicable to employers.
Finally, Tim handles traditional labor law matters before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), as well as arbitration of disputes involving collective bargaining agreements.
Prior to joining CARS in 2002, Dan was a commercial lender at LaSalle Bank in Chicago with a focus on providing credit to a wide array of financial institutions throughout the U.S. including: retail automobile finance, consumer finance, commercial finance, leasing and mortgage banking companies.
