After rolling the first car off of the lot in 1929, Byers Auto Group has continued to go the extra mile for their customers, growing eventually to eight dealerships, 16 franchises and more than 650 employees spread across Central and Western Ohio.
The exponential growth of a company can make communicating effectively with each and every staff member incredibly difficult. “In the past, we would do a pretty good job of communicating when possible, but we really needed to find a central location to collect, gather, onboard and share news and requirements effectively across departments,” said Scott Basinger, CFO of Byers Auto Group.
In addition to communicating general messages about group meetings, company events and more, Byers Auto Group also needed to ensure that employees completed required trainings and compliance activities on everything from sexual harassment to workplace safety. “Before we had Compli, when someone started at our company they’d be given a packet of information from Human Resources.
