Growing strong since 1929, Byers Auto Group has a strong brand with a diverse workforce; but a growing workforce can present unexpected wildcards that can leave a dealership exposed to claims, fines and litigation. “We believe strongly in doing things the right way at our dealership locations, but every now and then we’ll get a complaint,” said Byers Auto Group CFO, Scott Basinger. “For instance, we recently had a question about our termination procedure from the Civil Rights Commission due to a claim brought about by an employee.”
